This Heating Pad can be microwaved (or frozen). Everyone in my household has tried it and loves the comfort and muscle relief it gives! The generous sized rectangle covers my whole back. Its heavy weight compression is as relaxing as the warm, moist heat! It's like a toasty weighted blanket that fits to your back, front or legs. I have bought a few heating pads over the years, but prefer this one to any other. The clay beads inside seem to hold the heat longer and better than flax seed or other fillers. And of course, heating the body pad in the microwave means no clumsy electrical wire like old heating pads. The cover is well made, stiched into channels so that the beads don't all slide to one spot. Well-designed, very comfortable and relaxing!

This is the BEST heating pad I have tried, and I have tried a few. I have compressed and bulged disks in my back. I suffer a lot of pain and use heat and Tens therapy to help it. This pad produces moist heat from the clay beads. Moist heats penetrates and helps relieve the pain. I love that the beads are encapsulated in individual "pockets" to keep them from migrating. They keep the heat distributed perfectly. Also, the weight of this pad makes it very comforting, kind of like getting a warm massage. Really great buy!

It felt so heavy when I first took it out of the box. I was concerned because I wanted this for my recently broken ankle. The last thing I wanted was something heavy on my tender ankle still recovering from surgery. I decided to give it a try and warmed it up for 4 minutes total (instead of 4 minutes on each side). That was MORE than enough. I actually had to wait for it to cool off a bit. But once I wrapped it around my ankle?!! Ahhhh! Like a warm hug. It feels amazing. I’m really happy with this heating pad.

I am loving this heating pad! It holds heat really well and is portable and flexible. As a massage therapist, I can press into it and warm up the clients much easier. It can cover my whole back to long way. And drapes around my shoulders and mid back, the shirt way. I keep one at work and one at home. Returning all the other heating pads I have. This is literally the best.

This heated Neck Wrap is an amazing product. Put it in the Microwave for 3 minutes and it gives you very soothing moist heat. Growing up using electric heating pads this blows that away. It's very solid and has a lot of substance to it. I put it around my neck and lay down on the sofa and it really takes the stress away after a long day at work. And the packaging is really solid as well, so I can put it back in the box and store it away when I am done with it. I highly recommend this Neck Wrap to relieve stress and get rid of pain.

Easy to use moist heat wrap. This moist heat really helps my shoulders The insides are packed well enough so they stay where I want them to go. I can also pop it in the freezer for a cold wrap to help migraine.

If you have pain or stiffness in your upper back, neck, or shoulders, this heating pad for back pain works very well and is a good value. I found another use for it too. If you're having trouble sleeping, a good hack is to cool your body down a bit. Putting this in the freezer and then putting it on your neck or head will help your sleep pattern. My wife likes using this hot and it works exactly as described. If I ever have severe pain, I would probably order a second one of these and alternative between hot and cold to really knock the pain out.
